What we collect
Through the contact form, we collect the name, company name, email address, phone number, project type, and site details you provide. We do not use tracking cookies at this time; if analytics or advertising cookies are added later, this policy and a cookie consent banner will be updated accordingly.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or site assessment. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who we share it with
Your submission is processed by Formspree, a third-party service that delivers it to our email. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention
We retain contact form submissions for 6 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention.
International transfers
Some of the processors above may be based outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, to receive a copy of it (data portability), and to object to processing.
